Ariel Fairy Non Bio X Vogue Williams and Peter Crouch
Two messy workshops, one very good brief.
I co-hosted a pair of paint events for Ariel and Fairy Non Bio's The Big One campaign - and the clue was in the name. These weren't your average art workshops. Think food as paint, influencers in aprons, and genuinely stunning chaos.
The summer edition, The Big Spill & Paint, was co-hosted alongside Vogue Williams. Twenty creators swapped brushes for yoghurt, ketchup, coffee and ice cream - using real food to make real art, all in the name of putting The Big One's stain removal to the test.
For the Christmas workshop, I was joined by Peter Crouch. Thirty influencers went full festive, painting with gravy, cranberry sauce and everything in between. I guided the group through colour theory and composition, putting together a couple of demonstration pieces to show how even the most chaotic palette can become something beautiful.
Every artwork was then cut in half and washed with Ariel's The Big One pod - proving that even the messiest masterpiece is no match for it.
I loved every second of both events. There's something brilliant about stripping away the rules of a traditional art workshop and just letting people make a mess with intention.
